Modern premises designed with cats in mind: lots of space, clean, cool, comfortable, safe.

Close to the Tonkin Highway. This is on one of the main routes for those going south on holiday, and also for those from the South heading for the Airports. We are approx 25 mins drive out of Perth City and 30 mins from the Domestic Airport.

This is a complex designed for cat comfort, cat safety and service efficiency.

There are 16 spacious units (5 x 1.5m) each with its own large outdoor area and well equipped bedsit which opens up to an internal galley / sitting room.

There are 8 king size units (5 x 3m) for two or more cats from the same household.

Some units get the morning sun, and others the afternoon sun. All are protected from the weather, but with an indoor/outdoor feel that all animals like. The many trees and bushes on the property shelter and shade the units

There is a high insulated ceiling and sealed concrete floor, with secluded areas to hide in, and open areas to catch the breezes

For the summer we have huge overhead fans.

For the winter we have cafe blinds that keep out the night airs. Electric heating pads are available for our older visitors

Cat units are safe and secure, cool and clean. Cat comforts include high insulated roofing, insulated partitioning and shelving, warm sleeping boxes, cuddly blankets, climbing poles, hammocks to relax in, sunny spots, sheltered spots and lots and lots of room to run around. Personal service and good food too !

I invite prospective clients / owners to take the time to visit our premises, meet me and discuss your cat's needs prior to making a booking / boarding commitment.

I have been breeding Siamese and Oriental cats for some 30 years. My first Siamese was a Lilac Point called Elrond Dainty Amethyst who was bred by Betty Newton. I called her 'CHICA' which, in Spanish, is a term of endearment for a little girl. I breed as much for friendly personality as for type. All our Kittens are reared in a home environment.

I exhibit my Chicas Cats in a lot of shows (see FCCWA site for upcoming shows) and also organise some of those shows in Western Australia

I am an Accredited ACF International All Breeds Judge.
