Welcome to Stirling Lodge

Patrick and Nicky McDermott welcome you to Stirling Lodge Boarding Kennels.

Stirling Lodge is a new dog boarding kennel that first opened its doors in April 2007.

We are located in Pearcedale on the edge of the Mornington Peninsula.

A great deal of time, thought and research went into the design of the kennels, exercise areas and garden playgrounds to create a safe, secure, happy and healthy environment.

Whilst staying at Stirling Lodge, Patrick and Nicky will ensure your family dog receives personal care and attention, just as they would at home.

We are very proud of our dog boarding kennels and invite you to inspect our facilities at your convenience.

We use premium dry food – Eukanuba as there are formulas to suit small, medium, large and extra large dogs. A Maltese wouldn’t have the same dietary requirements that a Labrador has.

Ecopet chicken loaf, we also have quality fresh beef or chicken mince to suit the fussiest eaters.

All meals are served in stainless steel bowls.

We feed our guests in the afternoon; however breakfast can be served to those who require extra calories.

Baths & Blow Dry

We offer a bathing and blow dry service. As we prefer to bath on the day that your dog is being collected we have a late check out of 12pm.

Human Contact & Playtime

We like to spend as much time as possible with the dogs. This can mean talking to them as we pass by, giving them a cuddle, a pat or playing a game. We have 20 spacious exercise areas to ensure they get plenty of fresh air and sunshine.

C5 Requirements

It is a requirement that all of our guests have been vaccinated with C5 vaccine at least 2 weeks prior to their stay. We do need to see their current vaccination certificate.

Vet on Call

We have a vet on call 24 hours a day

If your dog requires veterinary attention we would contact your own vet first, however if they are unavailable or some distance away we have our own vet on call.
