We understand how much you love your pet – we’re pet lovers too! And we know how important it is to have peace of mind about their care when you’re away from them.
That’s why it’s so important to us that our ‘guests’ have a relaxed and stress-free stay and that the experience is a positive one for both you and your pet.
Our Cat Hotel is managed to the highest standards. We have stringent management practices in place to ensure the safety and health of your beloved family member(s) is maintained.
In our commitment to your pet’s welfare and comfort:
- we provide Individual rooms for each guest, rather than communal spaces
- we do this to protect your pet’s health and to give them their own space where they can feel comfortable and safe
- under no circumstances will we mix your beloved family member with other guests
- we encourage you to bring along any bedding, toys, cat scratchers, or their favorite things to help them settle in and relax
- we encourage you to take the time in settling your pet, to relax them (and you!)
- we have single-room accommodation right through to large family suites for three or more family members
- we understand that some guests have special requirements. Please let us know if you have any special needs or requests and we will be happy to assist in any way possible.
- We’ve been managing our cattery for more than ten years, and are proud to say that over this time we have consistently met – and exceeded – our customers’ expectations.
We take great pride in providing our guests with an immaculately clean environment and 5-star room service.
Our facility is heated and air-conditioned.
Each room has its own shutter window so your pet can see outside, get some fresh air and enjoy a bit of bird watching.
All our staff are fully trained in our policies, procedures and – even more importantly, our expectations – for providing our guests with our renowned VIP care and attention.
We have built our business and reputation by offering good old-fashioned customer service.

Health & Diet
Your cats will feel like they are on holiday
As part of our room service, we offer an extensive menu for your pet to choose from.
Our menu includes a high quality range of wet and dry foods and raw and cooked meats such as chicken, beef, for example. Our premium range of dry foods includes, among others, Royal Canin, Science Diet, Iams, and Advance.
We feed as per your instructions. Guests are welcome to bring their own food if this makes them feel more comfortable. It is important to us that our guests enjoy the menu.
If your pet is on a special diet supplied by your vet, we are happy to work with your supplied food and feeding instructions, together with any required medications.
Your pet’s health and wellbeing are vitally important to us. We maintain records if your pet is on medication, and monitor eating and toileting habits of all our guests. In our ten years of looking after our furry friends we have always maintained an extremely high standard of care and monitoring of all guests.
Injections & Medications
We are happy to administer injections and medications should your pet require these.
All our guests must have up-to-date vaccinations to come into boarding. Talk to your vet who will guide you in the best vaccination for your pet.
Vet on call
We have a vet on call if required, but prefer to consult your own vet if we feel your pet is not well, as he/she will know your pet’s medical history. If this is not possible, we will arrange an appointment with our vet. Vet costs will be at the owners’ expense.
Pickup & Delivery
If, for any reason, you are unable to drop your pet off to us personally, we offer a pick up and delivery service. Please call us to discuss costs.
If you are moving interstate, we can arrange to have your pet shipped to you at the time you stipulate. We can also board your pet until you have settled into your new destination and then arrange to fly your pet to you. For a quote, please give us a call.
